In general, TPE manufacturers generally produce large quantities of TPE materials, and there will be a certain amount of inventory. Therefore, the TPE materials produced in many cases are not directly invested in the transportation process, and eventually flow into the market, often after a certain batch is produced and then transported. Be sure to pay attention to the protection of TPE materials, so as to prevent damage to the product or fire in the entire storage warehouse. Today we will introduce the following four aspects of TPE manufacturers when storing TPE materials.
First, the ambient temperature
When storing TPE materials, TPE manufacturers must pay attention to their storage temperature. Although this material is excellent in chemicality and temperature when used, it does not mean that it should be placed in a high temperature environment during storage. It is easy to cause the TPE material to melt, so it should be placed in a dry and ventilated place to avoid direct sunlight.
Second, the environmental humidity
When storing TPE materials, TPE manufacturers should pay attention to the humidity of the storage environment in addition to the temperature. If the storage environment humidity is too high, there is a lot of moisture in the air, which often affects the product, so it is because of this. It is also necessary to ensure the humidity of the surrounding air.
Third, air oxidation
When the TPE material is stored for too long, it will frequently come into contact with the air. In many warehouses, the air quality is not as high as people think, so that under long-term contact, an oxidation reaction will occur in the outer layer of the plastic to affect the overall performance. Therefore, everyone must check more during the normal storage process.
Fourth, the seal is good
TPE materials should be sealed in plastic bags and finally placed in the box to ensure that no dust or other substances are trapped in them, thus improving their performance.
